Privacy notice and terms and conditions of $10,000 combine and conquer prize draw entry

1. This information on prizes and how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
   
   
2. The Promoter is Prime Super Pty Ltd ABN 81 067 241 016 AFSL No. 219723, RSE L0000277 as Trustee of Prime Super, ABN 60 562 335 823 RN 1000276, Level 24, 500 Collins Street, Melbourne Vic 3000. Locked Bag 5103 Parramatta NSW 2124.
   
   
3. The promotion commences Monday, 3 February 2025 at 7:00am AEST time and concludes Friday, 14 March 2025 at 11:59pm AEST time (“Promotion Period”).
   
   
4. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must be an existing Prime Super member, aged 18 years or over and under 75 years, with an accumulation account and an Australian resident as at 3 February 2025 and consolidate another super fund account into your Prime Super account before the end of the Promotion Period. The promotion is not open to Prime Super members who: 
   1. 1. are wholly in retirement phase;
      2. aged under 18 years or aged 75 years or older; or
      3. have a Prime Super account balance that exceeds the Government-mandated transfer balance cap ($1.9 million).

Before consolidating your funds, you should be aware that you will lose insurance and other benefits that you have with those other funds. 6. Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter or its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.
   
   
7. Roll-ins from other superannuation funds are subject to various legal requirements and time frame requirements, that can be extended in certain circumstances. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if there is a delay on processing roll-ins from other superannuation funds or otherwise for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.
   
   
8. Prize: The total prize is $10,000 and consists of a one-off top-up of $10,000 into a nominated Prime Super account. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
   
   
9. The one-off top-up will be categorised as a “non-concessional contribution”, under superannuation law, and will be counted towards the winner’s annual non-concessional contribution cap (currently $120,000). If, the winner has already made non-concessional contributions up to the maximum annual threshold (or has made bring-forward contributions) the winner may be exposed to taxation on the excess amount. The Government prohibits members from having non-concessional contributions made on their behalf if their total superannuation balance exceeds $1.9 million.
   
   
10. The competition: This is a game of chance. One winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries by a Prime Super staff member. There is no fee or cost for entry. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 9 April 2025 at 2.00pm AEST time at the office of Prime Super, Level 24, 500 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000.
    
    
11. The prize-winner will be notified by phone and in writing using contact details on their account within 96 hours of the prize being drawn and be provided with information about redeeming their prize. The top-up will be credit to the winner’s account within 28 days of successful notification. Unless otherwise requested in writing within 96 hours of notification, the winner’s name and post code will be published on the Prime Super website at primesuper.com.au.
    
    
12. In case of a dispute, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the outcome but, in any event, will award the prize.
    
    
13. Unclaimed prize - If a winner forfeits the prize, provides contact information that is invalid or is unable to be contacted within a fortnight for any other reason, a re-draw will occur. The re-draw prize selection process will take place on Monday, 16 June 2025 at 2.00pm AEST time at the offices of Prime Super, Level 24, 500 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. The winner will be notified immediately by phone and in writing. Unless otherwise requested in writing within 96 hours of notification, the re-drawn winner’s name and post code will be published on the Prime Super website at com.au.
    
    
14. Entries may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be declared void if not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
    
    
15. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries become property of the Promoter.
    
    
16. The Promoter, its contractors, employees, and agents, will not be liable for claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained, or incurred (including but not limited to indirect/consequential loss and excess contributions tax) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the competition &/or its prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    
    
17. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
    
    
18. Entry shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
    
    

Privacy Notice: Your personal information is collected so that we can administer this prize draw. If you do not give us your personal information you cannot enter the prize draw. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other party (except our agents, contractors, and appointed service providers for the purposes of administering Prime Super and your account). Unless you specifically decline, we may use your personal information to send you information about Prime Super. You may request access to your personal information while it is stored by us and we will assess your request as required by law. Reasons will be given if access is denied. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the office of the Promoter.
