Prime Super has purchased Active Utilities, the nation’s largest independent embedded networks platform. The ownership of Active Utilities and our existing investment, Savant Energy means we’re the largest independent provider in Australia.

Active Utilities secures and supplies electricity, gas and water, and provides end-to-end billing and customer support services. They currently have 75,000 utility meters spread over 800 high-density assets, with most buildings located in Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. Over the next five years, Active Utilities plans to expand to 175,000 meters and employ over 100 staff.

This purchase allows Prime Super to hold significant market share across five states in Australia as a provider of utilities services offering good value, reliability and efficiency in the supply of electricity, gas and water.
