Anne and Paul Quirk were first introduced to Prime Super in 2011 at a rural presentation evening in Shepparton. The presentation resonated with the couple, and they decided to join Prime Super soon after. After several regular visits, a connection was built between Rod Steward, (retired) Regional Manager Prime Super and the Quirks, and a strong working relationship developed.

The couple, retired dairy farmers, live in Northern Victoria on 30 acres of riverfront land with a few grazing cattle. Today they have three grown children and four grandchildren.

Paul recalls, “Rod took the time to get to know us and invested his energy to understanding what mattered to us. His care, consideration and advice helped us make good decisions that led to a successful financial outcome for us.”

When Rod discovered that they were planning to sell their dairy farm in 2016, he referred them to Noel Hazeldine, Financial Planner at Prime Super.

Noel continued the exceptional customer experience Prime Super’s known for, visiting the Quirks regularly. Listening to their needs, he developed a strategy for the couple that led them to consolidate their accounts and eventually established income stream accounts for each of them.

“We’re incredibly happy with the personalised service we received from Prime Super. The guidance and advice we received led us to a sound selection of investment options over the past 13 years. We look forward to a long and prosperous retirement,” said Paul and Anne.
