Active Utilities and Savant Energy unite under one banner 

You might have heard that Prime Super, in partnership with Yates Electrical Services (YES Group) acquired Savant Energy in July 2022. We also acquired Active Utilities in October 2023, in conjunction with Patrizia Infrastructure.

Recently, Savant Energy and Active Utilities announced the merger of the two companies under the unified banner of Active Utilities. 

What does this mean for customers? 

Under one banner, Active Utilities will offer even more comprehensive energy solutions for multi-tenanted communities across Australia. These include solar and battery farm energy sourcing, plus the integration of new technology such as EV charging stations. 

With over 90,000 metering points nationwide and counting, Active Utilities is on a mission to make a real difference in residential, business, and retail communities in Australia. Following the merger, Savant Energy will continue its work with the same team based in South Australia, ensuring seamless service for all its customers.
